I had never heard of Caliber Collision before my accident but USAA recommended using you. Now, primarily because of the terrific service provided by Cassie Thacker, I will definitely use you, and recommend you, for any accidents I (or any of my friends) have in the future.

Work was excellent. The service advisor I had, Cassie Thacker, was the most outstanding service advisor I have ever had for any work I have ever had done on my car. In the beginning, she throughly explained exactly what would happen. While the car was being repaired she kept me updated on the status and answered any and all questions I had. She was terrific. The extra care she took to repair my vehicle was particularly impressive.
