Ahmed is a detailed individual that is attentive to the smallest details regarding car specs and repairing them. My experience with Caliber Collision was outstanding from start to finish. The entire process was professional, organized, and surprisingly stress-free. Both the check-in and check-out processes were quick, efficient, and very easy. I especially want to recognize Ahmad, my service advisor. His customer service was exceptional. He was caring, informative, and took the time to explain each step of the repair process. He kept me updated throughout the entire repair, communicated proactively, and made sure I always knew what to expect. He also ensured my rental car process went smoothly, including arranging for extensions when needed, which gave me one less thing to worry about during an already stressful time. While I hope I never need collision repair services again, if I do, I would not hesitate to return to Caliber Collision. I will absolutely recommend Caliber Collision to family and friends, and I highly recommend asking for Ahmad. All front desk staff were professional, courteous and eager to make my wait as brief as possible. Ahmed was also professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process from beginning to end He kept me posted on the progress of the work. I asked Ahmed for a separate quote on work that was pre-existing my fender bender. The quote was quite reasonable but I am not able to have the work done now Ahmed was very gracious about it all. I will surely bring any car body work to your business in the future
