I am providing this rating because I am dissatisfied with the repairs done to my car, not because of staff experience. I had a repair that took about a weeek if not a little longer with fairly extensive cosmetic repairs to thee front of my car. Upon recieving my car, the headlight light bulb was not working properly and a chip in the new paint. I was encouraged to try a sealent over the spot and give it a few days. The sealent came off within a day or two. I had to then reschedule a time for the paint and headlight to be repaired causing me a lot of difficulty in finding a ride to work and someone who could pick me up from the repair shop as well as taking more time out of my schedule to come back when the new headlight was available (which is difficult because as a bedside nurse I work 13 hr days and have a hard time figuring out availability). I returned for the headlight and paint repair and was told both would be easy repair and take maximum two days. Instead it took almost 4 whole buisness days and a half day and 5 days total of which I did not have a vehicle to get to work for 4 of those days. Franly I am not sure if I would have gotten it back on the 4th buisness day if I had not personally reached out. When I finally recieved my car, i learned that only a light bulb needed to be replaced and just the strip where the bumper meet the hood needed to be repainted. Upon inspection of my car I pointed out a visable bump in the piece that had been repainted. Lody took my car to have them use a heat gun to melt it back into placee, which did nothing then I was told to give it two weeks to allow for it to "settle" as the temperature from outside would allow for the plastic "heat and cool back into place". So here I am with a car with a viable bump weeks of me not having a vehicle and a lot of frustration because I still need it to be fixed appropriatly
