The addtl charges which were supposed to be applied from classic collision made me feel it would be better to have a cheaper price. Specially getting a tire for lower price and alignment discount but those not applied for customer.

Excellent body shop. Great communication. Finished 4-5 days earlier than expected. Work quality was great, our Carnival looks brand new. Washed and detailed car afterwards. My only critique for the shop is whatever they use to detail my all weather mats is extremely slippery.

I had to return for the technician to repair my door handle because I was unable to open the door from the inside. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with the staff, who were consistently friendly and professional.

Thank you! The work done is fine. However, I need to go back and fix my door handle. It was not open from the inside. I have to take off 2 hours to wait for just 10 minutes of work.
