Tevin was so helpful. He really took his time and broke everything down for me in “girl terms”. My car looks brand new, the guys really did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. It was expected to be finished 10/22 but i was called a week earlier to come lick up my car. The transition was smooth and i highly recommend Classic Collision.

They were always great about communicating with me and keeping me updated on where my car was in the repair process. I was originally told it would take about two weeks, but they finished it in just one week. My car looks brand new again I am very impressed with the quality of work and customer service.

I might recommend the shop to someone who lives nearby for the convenience, but I would suggest they check in regularly about the progress and look over the completed work carefully before pickup. As stated before- the staff were friendly, but several details were missed during my repair and several trips were involved.

My insurance referred me to Classic Collision after my car was involved in a hit-and-run. The main repair was completed, and the staff were polite and apologetic when I raised concerns. There were a few issues along the way: a delay with a separate dent repair I approved, a missing pinstripe that was added while I waited, tape left over the gas cap area, and replacement molding that did not match the other panels. My car was also returned with the fuel display reading zero miles until empty. I appreciate the team listening to my concerns and helping with the issues I pointed out. I know things can get busy, and I hope a more thorough check before pickup will help make the experience smoother for future customers. Personally, I would have preferred to wait a little longer for a carefully completed repair than get my car back sooner with details still needing attention and having to return multiple times. Overall, it was an okay experience, and I truly appreciate the staff’s willingness to help make things right.
