It was good for the most part. I found a few tiny imperfections in the paint that I brought to there attention, the documented, and sent me on my way.

They were a little pushy to get it picked up at the end, but my work schedule delayed the pick-up by a day. I think they were trying to get it billed out before the end of August.

Before I drop off my car, I asked Caliber if the repair can be done in 10 to 12 days days because if not i would find another company because i don't have rental car coverage and I got a yes but in the middle of the repair, I got a text that it will be another 12 days and that would totalled 24 days. I was not very happy at first but Caliber made it workout and finished my car in 17 days. They also waited for me after hours so I can get my car. Overall I was happy and my car was fixed as expected... So thank you Ken and the front desk at Caliber.

My car was finished quickly and the repairs were top notch. My paint is a specialty paint and I was somewhat worried they might not match it well, but it appears perfect.

The whole process was extremely smooth from start to finish. I especially liked that a rental was provided on site and for drop off at the same location. Communication was great, with timely updates. The best part was Butch finished repairs ahead of schedule and my car looked fantastic after he was done. He was also friendly and professional. Overall, great experience.
