Your employee Cassie Thacker was spectacular! She was ready and willing to do what it took to be sure I was happy with the process. She sent me updates almost every day so there were no questions about where we were with the repair. The repair was done quickly and professionally. You should be proud of the team you’ve assembled. I was discouraged that I arrived at my scheduled time. Another customer arrived while I was waiting and the advisor, without acknowledging me, took the other customer ahead of me and kept me waiting 30 minutes. She otherwise was polite and informative.
