I still had to scrap duct tape adhesive off my car and found random pieces of broken glass but other than that I’m pretty pleased with the repairs.

I thought Customer Service left the planet until the manager at the Victorville location, Brian, proved it still exists along with the support staff there; today that was Mandy who handled the paperwork. Karen and Brian each assisted with a last concern on the car's trim not yet having a final coat of Armoral. If I hadn't brought this to their attention they would have had no way of knowing that final touch was missing. Thank you for the thoughtful, prompt attention in getting the issue quickly resolved. It made all the difference!

Because of the marred spot on driver's ear quarter panel I am very unhappy.

Quality of repair is okay. But, I have demage to driver's side rear quarter panel that was not there prior to repair. I have a photo taken May 18, 2026, for the insurance company for another matter that does not show the small area that is marred since being at Caliber Collision.

Great job on the repairs. The bumper looks great. I was disappointed that my van sat in the shop for a week before someone submitted an estimate to my insurance.

The process was so completely easy . I dropped my car off . The rental company picked me up and I in a rental car within 2 hours . Everybody at Calibre was so nice . They kept me updated by text message and also called me . On the day I picked up the car , J mentioned to the man there that car looked better now than it did off the dealers lot . It was so incredibly smooth and worry free. While I do not want to get into another accident , if I do my car will be coming here . Complete professionals . I have nothing bad to say at all!
