After getting backed into in a parking lot by a much (much) larger SUV our insurance company recommended a few local places. We chose Caliber after a quick poll of my friends and coworkers. We picked an appointment Monday (following the Sat fender bender) and we were told we should expect 2 weeks repair time. We received estimates and updates via text (Thanks Ryan) and email about every other day. We got the car back 5 days early. We even received an estimate about fixing a door ding (non related) that we asked about. Everything was sent to me via email as well as uploaded to our insurance APP. Car looks great. Couldn’t be happier with the communication and customer service. Would totally use them again (but I hope I don’t have too 😉)! 100% Satisfied!
