They gave me all the details of how the entire repair process would go, kept me updated through emails and text of the status, and completed all communication with my insurance company. Overall, I feel the work was done well, and Ms. Julia was awesome. But, on the way down 96 headed home, my hood was wobbling. Upon pulling over, I realized someone left my hood up/unlatched. Scary situation. Please be more aware about finalizing hoods and the like- Dangerous!

Setting communications aside, the work was pretty good (eventually).

My trip to Atlanta showed a big improvement in detecting cars in front of me while on cruise control, but I still struggle a little when passing large vehicles in the right lane. My workaround is to either edge over to the left or give the accelerator a short burst so the radar no longer detects the vehicle's rear end.

There seems to be a failure of communication around the shop: when the appointment was booked, I said what I wanted done; when I spoke to the manager, I repeated the request, along with the reasons why; but when the technician visually inspected the part, he didn't see any issues. The final result, after a day's delay, was (mostly) successful, but could have been done sooner.
