The office staff, Kalyn and Ryleigh, were remarkably consistent, providing biweekly updates on my vehicle's repair status. I never once had to call and ask about the status of my vehicle, because they called every single time they said they would. Each interaction was marked by a pleasant disposition and genuine warmth. More importantly, their updates were thorough and substantive. Both were clearly well versed in the specifics of my vehicle's issues and communicated them with confidence and competence. The team's communication extended not only to my insurance company but to me directly, which I deeply appreciated. As the vehicle's owner, I never once felt sidelined or left in the dark. I also want to note that no one on staff seemed inconvenienced or overwhelmed by my requests for detailed information or documentation. If anything, their willingness to accommodate those requests elevated the entire experience and reinforced a sense of professionalism. They were consistently honest and forthcoming about parts, pricing, timelines, and insurance related communication. The paint work and bodywork were executed to a high standard, reflecting genuine craftsmanship. Finally, the general manager personally took the time to speak with me, and it was evident that his leadership and guidance contribute significantly to the exemplary culture I experienced across the board, from the office staff to the technician who worked on my vehicle, Maurice.
