With time and experience I think that they will learn to take a deep breath and count to 10 or more if/when they hear a customer’s request to include something that was irregular (the hood didn’t close completely and that should be noted on the estimate of repairs). They seemed to recover nicely, but they need to hear customer concerns calmly and respectfully ( no matter if the customer is right or wrong ) and then evaluate the situation.
