I have had nothing but trouble since my accident and having to send my car back to someone else locally will only make the experience worse and cause me to go longer without a vehicle.

I have to put my vehicle back into another collision center here in town because there were things not done correctly, and things still broken under my hood. This will cause me several more weeks without a vehicle. The vehicle was supposedly done early after taking forever to estimate. How was it not done correctly? Why is the hood crooked? Why are there broken parts inside? What else will we find when we take it apart again to assess the issues?

Though the work did get done, communication was not great as I often had to call in order to get updates. Also, the work took a long time to complete. When the vehicle was initially dropped off I was told it would maybe take a week, and then it happened again after the 1st week. It happened like that a couple more times where I was told it would be done around a certain time, only for it to be extended well past it.
