Receptionist was super helpful and courteous. Jennifer was extremely professional in handling my estimate and provided me with information about my vehicle and what to expect prior to the repair. My car was returned to me in showroom condition. It was cleaned before it was returned to me. I really appreciate the professional work on the car and the people representing Caliber Collision.

The repair itself was good. I noticed after picking the vehicle up that my dash cam had been unplugged and SD card removed and placed in the center console. There was no explanation given. It leads to the thought that something was being hidden.
