Had to bring my car back twice since pick up for little common sense errors. If someone would of observed and tested the vehicle it wouldn’t of been left undone.

We barely received updates and twice when we were supposed to receive the vehicle back we weren't notified that it would take longer until after the shop had already closed. When we finally got our vehicle back the coolant reservoir was empty of coolant and the AC unit had not been refilled with freon. This took nearly an entire day to correct. However Jerediah was friendly and courteous and seemed to have the intentions of helping us.
