Truck was not detailed after waiting a hour and half for them to wash it. Look just like they rinsed it with water hose and swept the floor board out. I was pleased with my representative,the way she handled my claim and updates by phone calls.

They forgot to put the decals on my Tundra, we had to wait for them to correct this and I wasted an hour of work...I asked them if they could make sure the same mistake didn’t happen with my 4 runner, they promised me it wouldn’t, they dropped off my 4 runner and it is missing the decals as well. This is not at all like my last experience with ABRA.
