We would recommend caliber to everyone! They did a great job communicating the process, they were extremely professional, and they made the repairs faster than projection- which was a pleasant surprise. They also came highly recommended from our insurance company which gave my wife and I a much greater peace of mind. I appreciate the manager personally overseeing our project to make sure everything was tiptop. We are ecstatic about the repairs. The car looks even better than it did when we bought it! From the staff at the front door to the repair technicians in the back, we were treated with friendliness and respect. All our questions were answered clearly. Car hassle spot with bubble in the paint where it look like it ran and bubbles in the tape on the door, there is an extra 200+ miles put on my car, we dropped it off with 6,800 miles on a full tank of gas and got it back with half a tank of gas and my wife pulled in the driveway there were 7,080 miles and it’s only 36 miles from the shop to my house....

When calling to check time frames they said 2 weeks and then had the car ready in a few days, when trying to hammer down a pick up time they were rude in the comment and when I called about the repairs not being done right, they stated “sorry you Found errors with the repairs”

My experience was awesome...Misti kept me updated with texts and phone calls. The repairs were done ahead of schedule and looks brand new. I really enjoyed my whole experience and definitely will recommend Caliber Collision to whomever needs a good collision facility.
