My truck came in super clean and detailed. I understand taking out a head liner and stuff may cause some issues and be messy, but the guys could have at least vacuumed out my vehicle and taken the sticky mess off my new glass. There are hand and boot and whatever prints all over the inside of the truck and my headliner.

The repair was done well, it’s the rest of the car that was concerning. My wheel lock remover was left in the center console and not returned to the package from which it was retrieved. I almost discarded it because I didn’t know what it was. The windshield has some type of grainy film on it and I cannot get it off. With the recent rain, it is making it hard to see

I have to say this was an awesome job that was done I was expecting to get my car back in 2 weeks or longer but literally dropped my car off on Monday and got it back on Thursday.. Definitely would recommend them anytime.. Very good communicating on what was going on with my car as well..Thank you all so much

Awesome experience with the team at Caliber in Warner Robins. I was kept informed every step of the way during the repair process. One recommendation: give the customer a 24 hour advanced notice as to when the car will be complete. This allows the customer to make arrangements, schedule changes to get the car in a timely manner.

It looked fantastic, and when it appeared that the windshield washer tank was still leaking, they quickly determined that a hose wasn't attached and corrected it. Thank you!!! The customer service from the front desk staff was excellent as well. Overall A+!!
