I had my Dodge Challenger repaired at Caliber Collision, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. The team did a fantastic job from start to finish. What stood out to me the most was their use of OEM parts on my vehicle’s bumper it gave me confidence that my car was being restored the right way, without cutting corners. Another thing I really appreciated was how they kept me informed throughout the entire process. They provided day-to-day updates on the progress, as well as clear explanations of the procedures, which gave me peace of mind and showed their commitment to transparency. The paint work was absolutely superb. The finish is smooth, perfectly matched, and looks like it just rolled off the lot. You can tell real care and attention to detail went into it. I also want to highlight the calibration of my rear sensors. Everything is working flawlessly, which is something I truly appreciate because it’s critical for both safety and convenience. Overall, the professionalism, communication, quality of work, and attention to detail made this a great experience. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing repairs done right.

I am very happy with how they fixed my car. My driver's side mirror was hanging on for dear life and the scratches on the side of my car were not necessarily bad, but I was still sad about the damage. However, I would find out soon that I was in good hands. This was my first time going to Caliber Collision and I was treated so kindly and respectfully the moment I stepped in. They made the entire process so easy and explained everything very well. The professionalism is outstanding! When I picked my car back up, I couldn't even tell anything had happened to it. The mirror was repaired and the scratches were painted. I could tell they take pride in their work, and they should. From the front desk with customer service to the mechanic explaining step-by-step (in a way I could understand) what to expect, I was and am very impressed. I know who to turn to should something like this happen again. I will be recommending Caliber Collision, high priase each time. In conclusion, I want to give them the biggest THANK YOU for helping me out.
