I am very happy with how they fixed my car. My driver's side mirror was hanging on for dear life and the scratches on the side of my car were not necessarily bad, but I was still sad about the damage. However, I would find out soon that I was in good hands. This was my first time going to Caliber Collision and I was treated so kindly and respectfully the moment I stepped in. They made the entire process so easy and explained everything very well. The professionalism is outstanding! When I picked my car back up, I couldn't even tell anything had happened to it. The mirror was repaired and the scratches were painted. I could tell they take pride in their work, and they should. From the front desk with customer service to the mechanic explaining step-by-step (in a way I could understand) what to expect, I was and am very impressed. I know who to turn to should something like this happen again. I will be recommending Caliber Collision, high priase each time. In conclusion, I want to give them the biggest THANK YOU for helping me out.
