Jennifer gave me the best customer service! Explained all the repairs needed, gave me the time line and called me with updates. Having damage to my car and the hassle of being without my vehicle is a headache in itself, finding a reliable place and customer service shouldn’t be. I truly and thankful for my experience with Caliber! Having a damaged vehicle your entire life changes, shuffling children, getting to work, places etc so life is already hectic. Jennifer calmed me the moment I met her. She walked me through the process told me what to expect from what will happen and time mines. I never once had to worry on the next step. The repair looks great however someone removed the panel for my front passenger seat belt and then did not place it back correctly. The panel is now just hanging freely on the seat belt instead of being attached to the interior of my vehicle. I have a very busy schedule and it would be incredibly inconvenient to have to leave my vehicle there again to have this fixed. I do not even understand why it was removed. The repairs done to my vehicle were not in the interior.
