I appreciated the communication on progress on the repairs and honesty as well as taking care of the rental concerns. Making sure the job was done correctly was most important to me, and the gentleman I was working with did an amazing job to ensure that. Also he answered any questions I had, I was very concerned about my car being returned to original condition and after talking with him he made me feel very reassured my car would be taken care of. It looks amazing thank you so much.

Customer service was top notch. Eddie kept me updated from start to finish on the status of my vehicle. Knowing that I had a rental car, they work to get my car repairs done as soon as possible. From drop off to pick up was a 2 week turnaround. I appreciate that Eddie explained the work that needed to be done prior to starting the work. My car looks amazing. Took a little longer than expected and quite a bit of gotten damage l, upping the cost estimated about 45%. But good job, no complaints. This is the second time with them to fix deer collision damage.

I really appreciate how they would give me updates and also that my car was done right on time as they had first estimated, I love that they were able to match the paint to the original color, overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend friends and family!
