I had an amazing experience from start to finish. After coordinating the intake appointment and leaving the car, i received routine timely updates and great communication! They helped coordinate my rental car for the duration of the repair work seamlessly. This was my first accident claim and it couldnt have been a more positive experience. I felt comfortable with the process and the transparency of costs, work completed, and timeline was appreciated. We had a two extremely short delays due to parts, and the delay was handled and communicated clearly. I picked up my finished car today and it is excellent. It was clean inside and they even straightened out the license plate that was pretty smashed in the accident. The customer care i got was awesome and much appreciated! I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Wenatchee!
