The repair that I took the car in for turned out beautifully. My only complaint is that when I picked up my car there was a new ding in the driver side door that wasnt there when I dropped it off. Not sure what went wrong there.

Wonderful customer service. They allowed me to pay over the phone on a Friday and pick up the car on Saturday with my spare key since no one is in the shop on weekends. The cops were called on me while I was picking up my car, whether due to an automated camera system or otherwise, which I could have done without, but other than that the customer service was great.

I was in an accident and needed my car repaired. I dropped it off at Calibur, was updated throughout the process, and didn’t worry about anything until my car was done.
