The interaction with the employees was pleasant. The work on the car seems to be high quality. However, the duration of the repair was very disappointing. I mentioned to Caliber on the first day that I was paying out of pocket for a rental car. They ended up having to order parts 3 times and what should have taken 3 days took 10 days. It seems like I should have kept the car (which was drivable) until the installation of parts was ready to proceed.
