The car was dropped off on 11/20/2025 and wasn’t completed until 2/19/2026. Part of the issue was the car had to go to the Toyota dealership for repair. Which I question if Caliber had the expertise available. There seemed to be a lack of urgency on Calibers part. Every time we called for an update we would be told they are waiting for state farm. However when we called state farm they told us they didn’t have the request from Caliber. This delayed the car at least 3 weeks, potentially more.
