Rich was wonderful! He made everything so much easier and better. I have never had anyone who treated me with the respect he showed me. I am elderly and very hard of hearing and he made sure to text me at least once a day with updates; so I would not have to deal with hearing on the phone. What a great representative for your company!! The work was completed in a reasonable time and done well. Also the receptionist was very kind and helpful! I have no complaints or issues! Thank you for a job well done!
