The assigned tech, Rich, was incredibly kind, respectful, and communicative. I felt "in the loop" with my car repairs throughout the whole process. I also never felt talked down to, which was a breath of fresh air as a woman with car issues Everything was explained to me as it happened and I am extremely pleased with the quality of work Rich and his crew did on my vehicle.

Excellent job, great communication from Rick. And I really really cannot express my appreciation in words good enough for the fantastic detail job done on the inside of my vehicle. It is so noticeable. It’s like a new car inside. Tell the detail crew how appreciative I am of their work No one could have their work as well as they did. I am so inspired that I will keep it neat as long as possible. I have a special needs daughter who makes it challenging to keep it neat. But now Inam inspired

Miles did a great job communicating the time frame. He had zero control over Ford delivering replacement parts but it turned out he improved their eta by 3 weeks! The work done was exceptional and I will not use another shop or a different manager. Thanks Miles job well done!

I was given my car back with the taillight not working. My car was also hit and scratched by something by y’all and no one reported it and so I had to bring it back for it to get fixed by yall because yall damaged the car.
