The customer service was completely lacking. They cracked my windshield and wasn’t sure they were going to repair it. I left a message with the manager Ken as well as with a district manager and neither even called me back. When I was able to pick up my vehicle this morning, Miles didn’t even come and talk to me about the windshield repair. That really sums up my unfortunate experience with them.

Your team is absolutely phenomenal! This is the best experience I have ever had in getting a car repaired. My adjuster Tammy was amazing! She was very supportive throughout the whole process.
