Terrible work. Paint color doesn't match. Panel alignment is bad. I can't believe someone would roll that out of your shop and call it good. I am not bringing it home until it's right!

Today I went to pick up my 2015 Audi SQ5 and when picking it up there was over spray above the driver rear door. Talked with the service writer for my vehicle she said the painter had gone home for the day already but if i brought it back they would get it fixed right away. Got home and opened the rear drivers door (area of the repair) and circled in bright green was a dent from the collision that was not repaired. I closed the door to lock the vehicle and my proximity lock and unlock isnt working now. Called the location back to let them know what had been found returned my vehicle and am now waiting for it to be repaired. Sarah the service writer was very apologetic and meet me at the door when I got back to the location which I greatly appreciate. I am upset this wasn't noticed by anyone before me picking up the vehicle and the lack of attention when repairing my vehicle. This makes me concerned that in the 5 minutes I spent looking at the vehicle finding these issues what other ones are there I haven't found yet.

After all the issues I've found on my vehicle and were not fixed during the repairs or put back incorrectly. I could not recommend Caliber to friends if there was a improvement in the quality control I would consider it.

While I am highly happy with the help and work Sarah has done while handling my car. The actual work is a different story. The first time I picked up my car there was over spray above the rear door, a dent had not been repaired and was still circled by a bright green paint pen from the inspection and estimate. Went back a week later to pick it up for the second time and found more over spray, weather stripping that wasn't put back correctly, and the wheel that was replaced did not match the original wheels. I am currently waiting on the replacement wheel.
