I first tried to contact my VW dealer and they gave me a laundry list of excuses why there would be delays and high costs to my repair. Collision told me, yes, come over immediately, yes, they would keep my car inside so there would not be further damage, yes, they can fix it no matter what complications arose. Super friendly, super respectful, like doing business with family.
