I’ve been a frequent customer of Caliber at 100th Ave in Westminster. I’ve selected that location above other Caliber’s because their customer services has been super. However, this last time, I would say it was average. Communication wasn’t the best, it took a very long time, and the repair turned out to be super expensive. A lot more than expected. It has been as expected the other times. The quality of the repair seems good.

I picked up my car today, and, so far, very pleased with the quality of the repair work. Sarah H. is an excellent Service Advisor. Kept me informed of the repair status several times during the week. This is good because “NO surprises “. Well Done!
