I gave a five reading because I feel like it's 50/50. You guys either do absolutely fantastic job or like what happened this time where now I have that Gap because a clip got broken in my car I'm sure after the survey you guys will reach out and make it right. I'm just surprised it's already taking a week or longer to reach out after reaching out to you guys, but who knows if you don't I'll just show up and let you know what's up

At first I thought it was great, but after a few weeks I noticed that there was a gap on the side that didn't have damage. But again the plastic clip was broken that holds my bumper on. So now there's like a 5 mm Gap

I emailed you guys a while ago about a plastic clip that I noticed you guys had broken and I haven't received an email back. So now my bumper has a huge gap because someone wasn't patient enough to get it to not snap
