The website to estimate when my car would be done was completely off. It said my car would be done Wednesday the 4th. I received a call from my car Rental on Friday the 27th that my car was done and I need to drop off my rental that day to not be charged any more than what my insurance was covering. I had to call Caliber collision to confirm my car was done I did not receive no information from them until I called. They informed me my car was done and I would have to pick it up by 5:30 before they closed. I was at work that day and didn’t get off until 4:30 and still had to drop off the rental. This gave me no time to clean out the rental or fill up with gas so that was an extra charge. When I showed up to the Caliber Collision I inspected my car and realized that my mirror and headlight, two things that were talked about during the drop off, were still damaged. I then had to wait there while they buffed out and fixed the mistakes. When they came back with the car there was still two scratches on the headlight and mirror. They had told me I could get $25-50 back from insurance for the damages or I could have them order the parts and get it fixed. I came to them to get my car fixed in the first place so I told them to order the parts and fix what I came in for. They told me they would contact me by this week when they have the parts in but I have yet to hear from them. I was going to wait to leave this review but they have texted me multiple times asking for it when my car isn’t even completely fixed yet. The service itself was fast and the people were nice and helpful but other than that, it was not worth the trouble I’ve had to go through. My car isn’t even fixed completely and I’m still waiting on a call back. I do not recommend.

Decals were left off of the repaired side of vehicle and then applied when mentioned. One spot on rear driver side door was missed and painted over leaving a small dented appearance
