My first contact was Taylor, and she was so pleasant and understanding while listening to my situation, that I was confident I would receive excellent service. Then Nathan inspected my vehicle, talked me through their repair process, and honestly answered my questions. Then, I was relieved and comfortable that my vehicle was left with the best team of technicians!

Left my bumper crooked and didn’t want to adjust it to fix it, another shop will be fixing it now. Disappointing, told the shop about it (Sarah) 2-3 times and said there was no fix/no adjustment to do. I’m not even a body shop person and I did some digging and found the issue which is the bracket plates are bent and not in it’s original place making the bumper not flush/not sit right

My overall experience with the staff at caliber was extraordinary. Everyone was polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and lovely to deal. The communication surrounding my repairs was above and beyond expectations.
