Sarah was amazing the whole way through! Not only is she kind and courteous with complete class but also she is one good looker too! Id like to imagine her husband drives monster trucks. Nothing less for sarah! In all seriousness though she was awesome and give her a raise

Through the repair process, we were 100% satisfied with the level of communication and the quality of the work. Where we are currently disappointed is the OEM parts that were ordered at he start of the repair are now late (3 weeks ago) the original date of the part to be received at Caliber was to be 12/19. I verified on 12/15 we were still on schedule, and I was told we were. On 12/19 I was told the new date is 12/29, which is totally unacceptable. How do we lose 10 days for OEM parts???
