One time when I came in, the girls at the front desk would not make eye contact and seemed put off to be there. Other than this, I was in 3 times and the customer service was fine.

I do not exaggerate when I say my car has not looked as good as when I got it back from you guy since the day I bought it. The work was flawless and done quickly, and the car was returned shiny clean inside and out. The person contacting me on the repair, Dusty, made me feel comfortable from the start, set clear expectations and most importantly followed through with the expectations he set. Dusty contacted me daily with updates, and called after I got it back to ensure I was satisfied (I was beyond satisfied). Thanks Caliber, and Dusty, I will be referring everyone I know to you guys.

I asked them to take my hitch off and the car got sent away it was a simple request

They didn't follow simple instructions I needed the hitch for my bike racki said I don't want to release the car u til I get the hitch they said no problem we will take care of it. What a joke
