The receptionist was pleasant and responsive. Kara was awesome. The gentleman who assisted in the walkthrough was very informative. The quality of the repair was top notch. The customer service was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Caliber Collision in Wheat Ridge to do auto collision repair.

I loved the text updates. I'm unable to answer my phone most of the day, so the texts were great. Kira (my advisor) also called and left my periodic voicemails which was awesome too.

My car wasn't completed on the day it was projected but I was told why and they promised to get the right bumper as thy had ordered the wrong one. Also they didn't want to release my car until the paint and detailing was done correctly.
