I shouldn’t be pointing out obvious quality issues with your repair within seconds of seeing my truck for the first time since getting it back. Your technicians need to do a better job and actually care about the work they are doing. They shouldn’t be missing anything since it took two weeks to fix just a bumper.

Completely dissatisfied in every way possible. Go to pick up my truck and they didn't install a plastic trim piece the right way. It was unbelievable obvious too. They thankfully fixed it on the spot. Drive to work the next day and realize the active air dam isn't installed correctly and is hitting the fixed air dam every time it extends while going over 40mph. Thankfully they fixed that one to an extend. It is still not adjusted correctly but it doesn't hit the fixed air dam anymore. I finally got a chance to wash the truck and look at it closer and you guys installed a plastic trim piece with a broken clip. This needs to be fixed immediately. 100% unacceptable in every way possible

The repair itself looks ok except the most important part to me is the paint. The color does not match. The paint lacks something - like it did not get formulated correctly or applied correctly. The shop's solution is to continue the non -matching color ont the front door which is not acceptable to me. One of your other shops perfectly matched the white on my Prius which is the reason I went with Caliber for this repair.

The staff were nice and curtious. The text updates were amazing. The work was impeccable
