Generosity. My vehicle was done earlier than anticipated, due to less repair needed, and although the texted updates didn't reflect this an employee called me. Unfortunately, I didn't answer the calls due to my work schedule. I didn't check voicemail because they showed "Potential Spam." When I called on Friday, the date the texted updates showed it would be ready, I was told they tried to reach me throughout the week. I apologized for this, and communicated that the texted updates didn't reflect the earlier done date. The employee I spoke with told me there's no charge; I insisted on being paid for their time and he said the job was minor and the texted updates should've shown the correct done date. I greatly appreciated this kindness!

Caliber Collision on independence street was incredible from the moment I walked in to the moment they gave me my car back. My rear bumper looks brand new, the service was great, Kevin was a joy to work with, and they even cleaned the exterior and interior of my car which was above and beyond what I was expecting! Great experience. Would come here again (though hopefully I will never have to haha).
