Kevin was great, kept me informed. However, I had no heat when I picked up the vehicle, the next day driving it in the cold. My car has been at the Lexus dealership for diagnostics and it was found that some fluids were not topped off after the repair. I have an invoice from Lexus that I will be submitting to Liberty Insurance for payment for this work not being completed after the crash
