It took a MONTH to fix 2 dented panels and a broken headlight and touch up paint. This was an accident that occurred at approximately 2-3 mph and damage was strictly superficial. I was told 2 weeks max at the start - which I accepted. I would not have chosen this shop if the real timeline was given at the start as getting my car done quickly was my number one priority. A bunch of aftermarket parts were put on that did not fit. Things were replaced on my car with aftermarket parts that didn’t need replacing such as my fog light. It was not broken and still worked. I was not told about nor asked what I wanted in advance of any of these things being done and options were never discussed. Also the paint is not smooth on the corner of the front bumper - after I received a speech about how good the painter is and he was the reason for the multiple delay. Oh wait one of the 4-5 day delays was blamed on the “vehicle calibration” process - for a 3mph accident. I will never use this shop again or recommend it to anyone. The one exception to my 99.9% displeasure was that all people I directly worked with there were nice. Nice goes only so far. This shop, nor any Caliber Collision for that matter, is ever laying another hand on a vehicle I own. I do not believe that this could even possibly be rectified by this shop in any amount of time.

Hood has multiple dents, piece in front of the hood does not fit. Wheel well is warped from what looks like a heat gun. A door that had no damage now has damage that was covered by clear coat?!?! The door handle came off in my hand on the same door. I need to know what happened to my car while you all had it and how we are going to make it right. I will be seeking legal council as this impacts the value of an asset when my insurance is there to return the car to its previous condition. I am sorry I have to make that point, I have tried to be understanding and it seems my kindness was taken advantage of. I expect to be contacted regarding this experience.
