Everyone was very helpful and friendly throughout my claims process. I definitely appreciated the updates on where my car was in the process. A special thanks to Michael who was the employee that finished the process. As he processed me out we got to talking and it turns out that his Grandma Joan and I were good friends at one time!!😊.
