You’re always nervous when you take a vehicle with a decent amount of damage in that it won’t look quite right after. Caliber exceeded our expectations and you’d never know we’d been in a collision. It was good they painted my passengers quarter panel and there was a little scratch on that side you think they could have painted the little scratch as well, but they didn’t paint it , but they sprayed the clear coat right over the scratch now it stands out. When your crew goes above and beyond it makes the customer satisfied.

My quarter panel was dented and caliber had to paint the quarter panel, but left a little scratch and caliber cleared over scratch you think the could of panted the little scratch are as well they cleared the whole quarter panel, but didn’t paint the whole quarter panel and now the scratch stands out because it was clear coated over the scratch sometimes you have to go above and beyond to make the customer happy!!!!

Great experience from the very start! Walked away after dropping my car off feeling good about who was working on it. The work with my insurance company to help manage that process was above and beyond. The car drives amazing and I am very pleased with the outcome.
