There were some hiccups along the way. But the end result was absolute perfection. My car looks like new. I am greatly pleased. The staff is wonderful and they made sure that the end result would be worth the wait and then some.

Battery cable loose, causing multiple issues. Brought back in for tech to look at and was told it was another issue with 120 V plug. It was obvious it was the loose battery connection when I took it to Ford incredibly poor service.
