Everyone was so kind and friendly! Being from out of state and needing to coordinate travel back to NC was quite stressful and I greatly appreciated everyone that helped during this process! I was updated frequently on the status of repairs and when my daughter arrived to pick up the vehicle, an employee even assisted her with her multiple heavy bag!

They did a great job. You can't even tell that it had been damaged at all. It was done in a timely manner and Brandi went over everything they did and explained it to me where I could understand. They even had it arranged for enterprise to come pick me up at the shop so I had a rental car the entire time they were working on it too. Brandi kept me informed every step of the way and kept me updated on where they were in the process of fixing my car. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing their car fixed and ill definitely be back if I need help again.

All service was good. I just had a little inconvenience when car was transported from Apex to Wilson. The toll captures my car as passing through it not considering that was towed. Now I have to take my time to dispute with the NC agency about this.
