My car was struck, while driving on the right side (hit and run). I also had a dent on the left rear panel that I caused. Both damages were repaired to the extent my car looks brand new. In addition to the high quality work performed, the customer service was outstanding! From the moment I entered the business I was treated to some of the best service I have ever received. I was updated regularly and my car was completed a week ahead of the estimated date. Hopefully, I will not have more collision; however, should I need any body work to my vehicle, Caliber Collision will be my choice.

Everything was explained from beginning to end with several updates per week by phone and/or text. So I always knew the timeline and was kept in the loop about what was happening with the repairs. Very courteous and professional. The front bumper of my 2007 Ford Fusion was badly damaged in an accident with additional front end damage. It looked pretty ugly and was an embarrassment to drive. But now that the bumper has been replaced and all repairs completed, my very old car looks almost new (at least from the front!) and drives smoothly. Wonderful work. Nice folks. Highly recommend!
