Top rated, 5 star service.

I am happy that I chose Ian's Body Works to repair my car. When I walked into the office, I found the customer service from Mark and the ladies in the front office to be warm, welcoming and professional. I received text messages about the status of my car, and a final phone call when it was ready for pickup. Ian's did an absolutely beautiful job on my Subaru Outback, and they will forever have my business.

Transactional to the point that it was almost rude. Initial intake lady was very nice - after that the staff was very curt.

Good communication. It did take a day longer due to an issue with the paint, but the issue was resolved and the work was done well.

They did a great job just need to keep the customer informed.

Everything looks like new.

The only issue I had was that there were delays and I wasn’t updated until after the date I was told it would be completed. If there are delays I would appreciate to know early before the current completion date.

This is the second time Ian’s repaired my car. They are very helpful with assisting with filing with and working with insurance. My car looks amazing. I would highly recommend them.
