My experience was excellent from start to finish. Before I took my vehicle there, Jennifer was very polite and made sure I received the necessary documentation. Upon bringing my vehicle in, Jake was very knowledgeable and I felt very confident that I had chosen the best company to repair my vehicle. The communication was great. I never had to wonder about the status of my vehicle as I was updated every step of the way. After the completion of my vehicle, I received a detailed report and was told I had a lifetime warranty on repairs as long as I owned the vehicle. Thank you Caliber Collision for a great experience!

Team very nice, helpful and seemed to work hard and quickly as possible. Very pleased overall. Looking at quality of repair on vehicle, not 100 percent. I generally look at how pieces of the plastics come together on repair, etc. and when reviewing try to see what imperfections are noticed that stand out.
