Took exactly a month for my repair to be complete which I would understand if there were certain parts that took longer to get into the store. Wasn’t given a single update unless I called to ask. Also, it was originally taken to the New Bern, NC location shortly after the accident. Then sat there for 3 days before I was informed the store was too busy and it would need to be transferred to another caliber.
