Quality workmanship. The manager Gary and the admin Lorna went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the repair and its process. I feel as though the overall experience was smooth and transparent with good communication, however, I am not fully satisfied with the outcome of the claim. Due to the fact that based on research that I have done, I believe that a crack rim from hitting the pot hole could have caused a mis-alignment which in turn could cause uneven tire wear. I believe that the person who completed the inspection when into it with a pre-determined mindset.
